Stocks around the globe are ignoring all stop signs right now and keep pushing higher and higher. Not just here in the U.S., where we see the Dow and S&P 500 continue setting new yearly highs, but it's in overseas markets as well.
Here's the boxscore:
China Shanghai Composite: +2.0%
Hang Seng: +1.7%
Nikkei: +1.7%
Kospi: +0.7%
And, the jobless claims number released this AM shows supporting evidence that people are getting back to work--or the amount of layoffs has subsided. We at LandColt Trading feel it's the latter, but like we said yesterday--up trends need to begin somewhere.
