What's Today Going to Bring

We have a couple of interesting economic releases on tap this morning, including jobless claims (released at 8:30am EST). But, today--as history has shown us--is typically volatile because it's the day after the FOMC meeting when everyone finishes reading the statement and tries to figure out how to make money off of it. Look for an up and down pattern throughout this trading session, beginning with the morning futures.

But, for now, let's get to the overseas boxscore:

Korean Kospi: -1.03%
Straits Times: -0.69%
Shanghai Composite: +0.38%
Hang Seng: -2.52%
Karachi SE: +2.94%

Oh yeah, and don't forget the G-20 soiree taking place in Pittsburgh. That may bring a few headlines as well.

Talk to you,
