Well, the Senate Finance Committee passed the bill yesterday, 14-9. All 13 Dems and 1 Republican voted for the Bill. Look for this story to dominate headlines--at least until the Dow crosses 10,000.
Very busy day for the LCT staff today. So, let's get right to it with the Overseas Boxscore:
Hang Seng: 1.95%
Straits Times: +1.50%
Shanghai: +1.17%
Kospi: +1.24%
Nikkei: -0.25%
U.S. futures are pointing to a higher open after Intel's solid earnings report yesterday. However, market direction will come from the JPMorgan release (expected shortly). A strong report will--no doubt--send the Dow above 10,000, once again.
Stay tuned for reports on JPM and INTC.
Talk to you,
